We have put many of our more popular pieces of equipment and an assortment of related parts in our "Online Catalog", which uses the latest "Shopping Cart" technology. When you find the items you wish to purchase, simply indicate the quantity and click "Add To Shopping Cart". Your purchases will be held in your cart until you are ready to "Check-Out". Of course, we carry far too many different products and parts to list them all online - so we have conveniently placed "Contact Us" buttons throughout this site. Whenever you are unable to locate exactly what you are looking for online, simply contact us and we will find it for you!

We are currently running Apache SSL Web Server for our secure server! This software provides Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for high level security so that you can safely transmit your credit card information online. We also feature 3-way encryption to insure total security for online transactions. In fact, entering your credit card using our SSL server is actually safer than giving it over the telephone!

 Terms of Payment:
We gladly accept Pay Pal,Visa, MasterCard,American express, and Discover, and all purchases are by credit card.

Freight:
We charge actual shipping on all parts orders shipped within the continental United States only. Engines, decks, and equipment will be shipped UPS Ground with the shipping fee being determined by UPS. This amount will not show on your order form or order confirmation, but will be added to your credit card when your order is shipped. Contact us by e-mail or phone if you would like an estimate of freight charges prior to ordering.Equipment which is too large or heavy to be shipped UPS, will be shipped via common carrier, freight collect. See info on ordering go-karts, etc. below. This policy applies to any equipment which cannot be shipped UPS.

When Ordering a Go-Kart/Recreational Sports Equipment: The customer always pays the freight cost involved in shipping these items. We do not add this cost to your credit card, nor will it show on your order form or confirmation - rather, these items will be shipped "freight collect", and will be paid by the customer directly to the freight carrier upon delivery. Be advised that most trucking companies charge an extra $30 to $50 for residential deliveries. Therefore, in order to save you money, we suggest that you consider having your kart shipped to your business address - or picking it up at the carrier's terminal. Also note that while these items arrive "mostly assembled", you will be required to install the steering wheel, overhead cage, seat & seat belts (in the case of the go-karts). You will not require any special tools to do this. If you need further information or assistance in the final assembly, simply contact us. The engines are shipped without motor oil or gasoline, so you must add fuel and oil before attempting to start your equipment.

Sales Tax:
South Carolina residents add 5% state sales tax. The Shopping Cart will figure this for you automatically. For all other locations, no state sales tax will be added to your order.

Confirmation Copy of Your Order:
If you wish to print out a copy of your order, use the print feature on your browser. However, an "Order Confirmation" will be immediately e-mailed to you and will include a detail copy of your order.

If wish to FAX us your order:
Simply fax your part numbers to us at 843/546-9503.
Please include your name and shipping address, the part numbers you wish to order w/descriptions and quantity of each. Include your credit card number, name on card and expiration date. We do not send fax acknowledgements, so please include your e-mail address and phone number, so that we may reach you if necessary regarding your order.

Back Orders:
Most parts and many of the pieces of equipment are normally in stock. However, we will notify you by e-mail in the event of an unusual delay in shipping your order.

Return Policy:
All returns must be authorized by Georgetown Small Engines
before they can be returned.
To obtain authorization, call: 843/546-7205, as "unauthorized" returns will be returned to sender at sender's expense. Returns may be subject to 20% re-stocking fee.
Merchandise must be in new condition, in the original packaging. Engines must be in new condition, unused, unmounted, never filled with oil or fuel, with documentation intact.
Special order items are not returnable.
Electrical items are not returnable (including, but not limited to: alternators, starters, points, condensers, coils, regulators, switches, etc.).
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Shipping charges are never refundable.
Refunds will be made by credit to your credit card.
